Article 1: General
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply, without restriction or reservation, to any Buyer wishing to acquire the Works offered on this website
Will be considered as "Buyer", any natural person who acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his commercial, industrial, craft or liberal activity, residing in the Territory and who wishes to buy a Work offered for sale by the Groupe Business Therapie USA on the website The sale of Works is open to persons having the legal capacity to contract under applicable law. In particular, minors are not authorized to have access to our online sales service.
Will be considered as "Work", any work of art presented on the site ; with a description putting the Buyer in a position to know its essential characteristics (authors, titles, dimensions, medium, etc.) as well as than its price and indicated as "available". As necessary, the criteria for the availability of a work are specified in article 4.4.
Conversely, all Works indicated as “reserved” will be considered not available for sale.
The “territory” refers to the countries of the Euro zone and Switzerland (see Appendix 1).
These T&Cs are the only ones applicable, to the exclusion of all others.
When booking and/or actually purchasing one or more Works on the website, the Buyer will be asked to read and accept these GCS. He will confirm this knowledge and acceptance of the GCS by ticking the box "I have read and I accept the General Conditions of Sale". The act of ticking said box by the Buyer therefore implies full and unreserved acceptance of all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
No sale of Work on the site will be considered by us without the acceptance of these GTC.
As a result, the Buyer waives the right to rely on any contradictory document and, in particular, his own general conditions of purchase, the act of purchase requiring the acceptance of these GCS.
These T&Cs are binding on Buyers of the site from the time they are put online and cannot apply to transactions concluded previously.

Article 2: Respect for privacy and personal data
The data is collected for the exclusive purpose of establishing a commercial and professional relationship with the Buyers. Personal data is kept by us for a reasonable period. If the Buyer does not provide all the mandatory information in the site forms (* mandatory fields), he cannot validate the form and therefore place his order.

Section 3: Price:
The works are sold unframed.
The prices indicated are the net prices to be paid in euros or usd, for the Buyer residing in metropolitan France, excluding shipping costs.

If the Buyer orders a Work on the Groupe Business Therapie company, to a country other than Metropolitan France, he acknowledges being the importer of the said Work.
In the context of a purchase destined for a country outside the European Union, all charges, possible local taxes, or customs duties, are therefore not the responsibility of our website and will be the responsibility of the Buyer. It is his responsibility to find out about the import conditions and to declare his purchase to the authorities of his country.
V – Delivery:
The website will make its best efforts to ensure that the delivery of the commissioned drawings, either by hand or by post, is carried out within 2 months following the end of the Operation.
Mailings will be made by us following receipt by wesite of the commissioned drawings made by the Artist. The order drawings will be packaged in a rigid cardboard sleeve in the name and on behalf of the Artist and sent by Colissimo,DHL or international letter; with tracking accompanied by a certificate of authenticity or invoice issued by us. It is understood that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, deterioration or non-receipt of the package attributable to the postal services.
VI – Guarantees:
Groupe Business Therapie USA cannot be held liable in the event of non-execution or poor execution of the order, either due to the Artist or a case of force majeure.
In particular, we will not be held liable in the event of non-delivery for any reason not attributable to its responsibility and in particular in the event that the Artist is unable to deliver the order drawings purchased on the Site. for the duration of the Operation. In such a case, the Buyer will be entitled to request a refund or to accept an additional delay in the delivery of his order, subject to the Artist's agreement.
In the event of a refund request, the latter will be made within 15 working days of the Buyer's request.
As a seller, the Artist will be solely responsible for all obligations related to the deed of sale (delivery obligation, warranty obligation, etc.).
VII – Withdrawal period:
Pursuant to Article L. 221-28 3° of the Consumer Code, it is understood that the Buyer will not benefit from a withdrawal period.
VIII – Right to order drawings:
The Artist is the owner of the copyright (economic rights and moral rights) on his creation, within the meaning of article L.111-1 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. The representation and reproduction rights of the commissioned drawings purchased as part of the Operation belong to their authors.
The Buyer's rights to the acquired order drawing are therefore limited to a right of private use, excluding any right of representation and reproduction.
